S. Rogers

This line was made by cotransformation with a hygromycin-resistance plasmid, and a plasmid from which a sqh coding sequence with a C-terminal GFP tag is expressed from a sqh promoter. The sqh-protein-expressing plasmid is the same one used to generate S2-SQH-GFP (FBtc0000172); the two lines differ only in their parental lines.
