ScerGAL4cb50 drives expression in the larval central nervous system including the brain, in all imaginal discs including the wing hinge and ventral pleural primoridia of the wing disc, and in circumferential rings around the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb50 drives expression in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells, and in a few scattered follicle cells from stages S1-14.
