ScerGAL4cb47 drives expression in the larval CNS including the brain, and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb47 drives expression in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells, in all follicle cells at stages S1-7, in posterior follicle cells from stages S9-14, in oocytes at stages S10-14, and in nurse cells. Expression is also observed in a few scattered embryonic cells.
