ScerGAL4cb45 drives expression in the embryonic PNS, in sensory neurons, and in the antenno-maxillary complex, and in the larval CNS including the brain, and in all imaginal discs. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb45 drives expression in the terminal filament and/or in female germline stem cells, a few scattered follicle cells at stages S9-14, and in dorsal appendage forming follicle cells. Expression is not observed in the adult testis.
