ScerGAL4cb16 drives expression in the embryonic CNS and somatic musculature, in the larval central nervous system including the brain, in all imaginal discs, in the dorsal/ventral and anterior/posterior compartment boundaries of the wing disc, and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb16 drives expression in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells at stage S14, and in all follicle cells.
