ScerGAL4GSG1201-2 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in glial cells. Expression is observed in CNS glia, including surface and cortex glial cells, and in ensheathing and peripheral glial cells in peripheral nerves. There is weak uninduced expression in glial cells.
