Reference

ScerGAL4GSG2553 drives primarily neuronal mifepristone-inducible expression . Weak expression is observed in 5 lateral and 2 ventral midline neurons/hemisegment. Moderate exprssion is observed in two external sensory organ neurons/thoracic hemisegment, and in axon projections from sensory neurons into the brain. There is no abdominal expression except in the terminal segments.
