Reference

ScerGAL4GSG6124 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons. In the ventral nerve cord, moderate expression is observed in 1-2 ventrolateral cells/hemisegment, and weak expression in a few lateral and ventral cells/hemisegment, and in longitudinal processes that project below Fas2-positive CI fascicle. Moderate but significant expression is oberved in scattered cells and in clusters of cells with inter-hemisphere processes. Uninduced expression is observed in the salivary glands and in a subset of CNS cells.
