Reference

ScerGAL4pum-GSGB13-7 drives primarily mifepristone-inducible neuronal expression. Strong expression is observed in the ventral nerve cord in a single large ventro-lateral cell/hemisegment, while weak expression is observed in ~1-2 lateral cells/hemisegment. There is little, if any, expression observed in the brain. Weak expression is observed in motor axons innervating A2-7 ventral transverse muscle 1 (muscle 25).
