Reference

ScerGAL4cpo-GSGB62b2-1 drives primarily mifepristone-inducible neuronal expression. Weak expression is observed in the ventral nerve cord in 2-3 lateral cells/hemisegment. Moderate expression is oberved in the mushroom bodies and sensory axons in the antennal lobe. Weak expession is observed in a few scattered cells in the brain. Strong expression is observed in chordotonal organs, multidendritic neurons, and external sense organs. Expression is also observed in sense organ support cells.
