ScerGAL4GSG5722 drives primarily neuronal mifepristone-inducible expression. Weak expression with variable penetrance is observed largely in the anterior ventral nerve cord, in 1-2 dorsal midline cells/hemisegment, and a few lateral and ventral cells. Weak expression is observed in scattered cell bodies the brain hemispheres. Weak expression is observed at the neuromuscular junctions of muscles 3, 4, 6, 7, 15 and 16. Strong expression is observed in chordotonal organs and multidendritic neurons. There is minimal uninduced expression in occasional CNS cells at the midline.
