ScerGAL4tou-GSG2797 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in glial cells. Expression is observed in surface and cortex glia in the CNS and ensheathing/peripheral glia in peripheral nerves. There is also occasional patchy epidermal expression, including cells at segment boundaries.
