Reference

EcollexAL5055 labels the antennal mechanosensory and motor center B1 projection neurons. Using GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners (GRASP) reveals that a subset of the AMMC-B1 neurons, comprising the AMMC-B1b neurons establishes connections in the IVLP with inferior ventrolateral protocerebrum commissural IVLP-IVLP neurons labeled with ScerGAL4VT50245 and with IVLP-VLP neurons labeled with ScerGAL4VT34811. There are also positive GRASP signals in the AMMC between the AMMC-B1 neurons labeled with EcollexAL5055 and Johnston organ neurons labeled with ScerGAL4nan.PK.
