Reference

ScerGAL4GSG686 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily neuronally. Strong expression is observed in 3-6 cells per hemisegment at the dorsal midline of the ventral nerve cord, in lateral cell clusters of ~20 cells per hemisegment, and ~10-20 ventral cells per hemisegment; the latter includes cortex associated CNS glial cells. Weak expression is observed in A1-7 dorsal motor neurons. Expression is observed in longitudinal intersegmental processes at the VL FasII axon tract, lateral to CI fascicle and projections along DM fascicle. Expression is observed in a few glial cells in the brain hemispheres. Moderate expression is oberved in type 1b boutons of neuromuscular junctions on muscles 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, and 16.
