Reference

ScerGAL4GSG703 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons. In the ventral nerve cord, moderate expression is observed in 2-5 lateral cells/hemisegment, and 10+ ventral cells/hemisegment, including 2 ventral midline cells. Weak expression is observed in a dorsal midline cell, possibly the A1-7 DA1 motor neuron (MN1-Ib). In the brain, moderate expression is observed in the larval mushroom body and in additional cell clusters. Expression is observed a subset of chordotonal organs. Weak variable expression is observed at type Ib neuromuscular junctions of muscles 10 and 19. Very faint uninduced expression is observed in the salivary glands and CNS dorsal midline cells.
