ScerGAL4GSG1016 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily neuronally. Faint expression is observed in the brain and ventral nerve cord. Expression is also observed in salivary glands. There is little detectable uninduced expression in salivary glands, and occasional cells at the CNS midline.
