Reference

ScerGAL4GSG1272 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily neuronally. Moderate expression is observed in ~5 lateral cells and 5-10 ventral cells per hemisegment in the ventral nerve cord; additionally, weak patchy and inconsistent expression is observed in a single dorsal midline neuron/hemisegment. Expression is observed in longitudinal intersegmental processes project along the DL FasII fascicle, between the CL and CI fascicles, along the DM fascicle and above the VL fascicle. Weak expression is observed in a few cells with interhemisphere processes in the brain. Weak expression is observed in the brain in a few cells with interhemisphere processes. Moderate expression is observed at the neuromuscular juctions of all four nerve branches, and on most muscle fibers; expression is observed in Type I boutons. Faint uninduced expression is observed in an occasional cell at the dorsal CNS midline.
