Reference

ScerGAL4GSG2196 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons and glial cells. Strong expression is observed in dorsal midline, lateral, and ventral midline cell clusters in the ventral nerve cord. Strong expression is observed in multidendritic neurons, in chordotonal organs, at neuromuscular junctions on most muscle fibers,and in PNS glia on peripheral nerves. Weak uninduced expression is observed in salivary glands and in a subset of CNS cells.
