ScerGAL4GSG3507 drives primarily neuronal mifepristone-inducible expression. Moderate expression is observed in dorsal midline, lateral and ventral medial cell clusters in the ventral nerve cord, and in a few cells in the brain. Weak expression is observed in neuromuscular junctions. There is minimal uninduced expression at the dorsal CNS midline
