Reference

ScerGAL4GSG3550-2 drives primarily neuronal mifepristone-inducible expression. Strong expression is observed in the ventral nerve cord, in ~3-5 cells/hemisegment at dorsal midline, in lateral and ventral medial cell clusters, and scattered ventral cells. Expression is also observed in a few cells in the brain. In the PNS, expression is observed in chordotonal organs and multidendritic neurons. Strong expression is observed at most neuromuscular junctions, localized to type Is and Ib boutons.
