Reference

ScerGAL4GSG5595-1 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons and glial cells. Moderate expression is observed in ~2-4 cells at the dorsal midline, scattered lateral and ventral cells, and in an unpaired ventral midline cells; these may or may not be glia cells. Weak expression is observed in scattered small glial cells in the brain. Moderate expression is observed in chordotonal organs, and weak variable expression is observed in multidendritic neurons. Weak expression is observed at the neuromuscular junctions of muscles 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 15 and 16. Expression is observed in chordotonal organ attachment cell at the distal tip of the organ, and in oenocytes.
