Reference

ScerGAL4GSG5970 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily neuronally. Moderate ventral nerve cord expression is observed in ~3-5 dorsal midline cells per hemisegment, including A1-7 dorsal motor neurons; in lateral and ventral cell clusters; and in a group of thoracic cells surrounding the midline. Moderate expression is observed in cells and cell clusters throughout the brain. Weak expression is observed in a variable subset of chordotonal organs. Moderate expression is observed at neuromuscular junctions througout the periphery, including NMJs on muscles 7/6, 15/16, 12, 13, 4, 3, 2 and 1.
