ScerGAL4GSG7717 drives primarily mifepristone-inducible neuronal and glial expression. Moderate expression is observed in the ventral nerve cord in dorsal midline, ventral midline and ventro-lateral cell clusters. Strong expression is observed in the mushroom bodies. Moderate expression is observed in chordotonal organs and multidendritic neurons. Moderate expression is observed at the neuromuscular junctions of muscles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 13, 15, 16 and 21. Expression is also observed in CNS surface glia and in tracheal cells.
