ScerGAL4GSGB92b3-1 drives primarily mifepristone-inducible neural and glial expression. Strong expression is observed in the ventral nerve cord in ~4-5 cells/hemisegment at the dorsal midline, in ~10-15 lateral cells/hemisegment, and ~10+ ventral cells/hemisegment including 2-3 ventral midline cells/hemisegment. Strong expression is observed in paired neurons with contralateral processes in the prothoracic and possibly mesothoracic segment of the ventral nerve cord. Weak expression is observed in scattered cells in the brain, and in the lateral (optic lobe) region of each brain hemisphere. Weak expression is oberved in chordotonal organs and multidendritic neurons. Expression is observed in CNS glial cells in the optic lobe region of the brain. Strong expression is observed at neuromuscular junctions on muscles 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 22, 23 and 30. Expession is observed in CNS glia in optic lobe region of the brain.
