EcollexAL5251 drives expression primarily in the mushroom body alpha and beta lobes. Positive GRASP (GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners) signals between octopaminergic neurons labelled with ScerGAL4Tdc2.PC are observed sporadically in the alpha and beta lobes and in the calyx.
