The flanking sequences in the 'KG07745' insertion line map to two different locations in the release 6 genome: the 3' flanking sequence maps to 2L:2826884 , within Cy, while the 5' flanking sequence maps to 2L:2755447 , within the Bacc gene.

FlyBase curator comment: the two different flanking sequence locations in the 'KG07745' insertion line are consistent with either two insertions or a single insertion associated with a chromosomal rearrangement. In the absence of clear evidence for a chromosomal rearrangement the line is represented in FlyBase as two insertions: P{SUPor-P}CyKG07745 representing the 3' flanking sequence location and P{SUPor-P}BaccKG07745 representing the 5' flanking sequence location [ date:151209 ].
