Ca-α1TGFP is expressed broadly throughout the adult brain labelling the same neurons as Ca-α1TGal4. Strongest expression is seen in the adult central complex. In the mushroom body there is more expression in the calyx than in the lobes and in the pedunculus expression is limited to the pedunculus neck of adult mushroom body.
