Description

D6rox is the target site for the D6Dre recombinase. It is composed of two 14bp inverted repeats flanking a 4bp spacer sequence: 5'-TAACTTTAAATAATgccaATTATTTAAAGTTA-3'. D6Dre mediates recombination between a pair of D6rox sites (PMID:15550568).
