Ace2N-2AA-mNeon is a fluorescent voltage sensor. It consists of a rhodopsin (GB:DQ074124) from Acetabularia acetabulum, mutated to carry a D81N amino acid substitution which inactivates the proton pump, fused via a linker to the fluorescent mNeonGreen protein (FBrf0230703).
