scFv(antiMYC-3DX) is an engineered single-chain variable fragment antibody (scFv) that binds the Tag:MYC epitope. scFv(antiMYC-3DX) was constructed by linking the heavy chain and light chain variable regions from the anti-MYC 9E10 monoclonal antibody via a (Gly4Ser)3 linker sequence, followed by mutagenesis and selection for improved binding to Tag:MYC (PMID:12379115).
