Hsp70Bb promoter sequences from -194 to +260 fused in frame to lacZ coding region.

An Hsp70Bb promoter fragment (extends to -194 relative to the transcription start site) is fused upstream of lacZ. 148bp of 3' Hsp70 sequence, including a polyadenylation signal, is also present downstream of the lacZ coding sequence.
