Description

A 900bp fragment of the Hsp83 promoter, from position -879 to +18, drives expression of a fusion protein composed of the first 604 amino acid residues of the Khc gene with a mutation within the conserved ATP-binding motif (G97E) of the motor domain, fused to the lacZ reporter.
