Description

The P{5'.1xFRT.RS.5'} transgene consists of a single FRT site that is bounded on each side by a 5' P-element terminus. This transgene is one of two reciprocal elements that are generated in vivo by FLP-mediated recombination between a P{RS5r} element and a P{RS3r} element, the other is the P{3'.RS5+3.3'} transgene.
