Description

An Hsp83 promoter drives expression of lacZ. A 866bp fragment of the nos 3'UTR is fused downstream of the lacZ coding sequence.

Hsp83 promoter drives expression of a 4.3kb EcoRI fragment containing Adh leader sequences, lacZ coding sequences and SV40 t antigen splice site and polyadenylation signal (Ecol\lacZC4.Adh). nos 3' UTR fragment from nucleotide 6 to 859 is inserted between the lacZ coding sequence and the SV40 sequences.
