Description

A 8.8kb fragment of sequence from the ph-p regulatory region (coordinates 1397-10177 of FBrf0054014) has been inserted into pP{W-ATG-lac2}, in between the w+mW.hs marker and lacZ reporter sequence. The ph-p sequence does not contain sufficient regulatory sequence to initiate a pattern of lacZ expression that reflects wild-type ph-p expression.
