Construct: Coding region and 3' deleted 3' regulatory sequences of D.affinidisjuncta are fused to the 5' regulatory sequences of D.hawaiiensis and the 3' end of the 3' flanking sequence is replaced by the equivalent region from D.hawaiiensis.
