Reference

Expression at the syncytial and cellular blastoderm stages is observed to be signifcantly lower in anterior cap of the embryo that in the posterior cap. Expression in the posterior cap is lower than that observed for native tll expression. Dorsal stripe expression is not observed in the cellular blastoderm; anterior cap expression is instead shifted to the ventral side of the embryo.
