Construct: Contains a 2.6kb EcoRI-SalI fragment from the 7kb genomic fragment present in Sgs3e.g1 (where it is located upstream of Sgs3e), inserted in reverse orientation into the SalI site upstream of Sgs3e in Sgs3e.g7. Contains the same genomic DNA as Sgs7For.g71I.
