Description

A single copy of the Ste repeat (approximately 1300bp). A 450bp fragment of the yeast acetolactate synthase (ALS) gene has been inserted into the Ste sequence between base pairs 617 and 618, to act as a marker that allows the transcript produced by this construct to be distinguished from endogenous Ste transcripts.
