Construct: Included within an 11kb XhoI-EcoRI fragment (compare to nonA+tXhR11). Amino acid 13 (a R) in the RNP2 of RRM2 is replaced by a Y. In addition amino acids 52, 54 and 56 (a M, E and I) in the RNP1 of RRM 1 are replaced by K, F and F, respectively.
