Description

The prd 5' regulatory sequence directs expression of the prd ORF. Derived from a 15kb genomic fragment, with 6 extra bp introduced between the regulatory and coding fragments, 32bp upstream of the start codon. Fragment includes approximately 1kb of 3' sequence.
