Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a truncated form of sif that lacks N-terminal sequences before the first PH domain (amino acids 838 to 2064 are present). The open reading frame is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:MT(Khc) protein localization sequence.
