Description

A 4.3kb dpp disc-specific enhancer followed by the Hsp70 basal promoter drive expression of a mutated form of kuz that has a deletion of the Pro-domain, leaving the disintegrin domain, Cys-rich domain, transmembrane domain, intracellular domain, SP and metalloprotease domain intact.
