Description

A truncated form of C3G (lacking amino acids 1145 to 1383, the CDC25-homologous domain) tagged with 6 copies of the Tag:MYC tag is expressed under the control of UASt regulatory sequences. The C3G sequences are also tagged at the 5' end with Tag:M(c-SRC), to produce a membrane-targetted protein.
