Description

Construct: Encodes an aptamer RNA that binds B52 protein driven by a heat shock promoter. The iaRNA gene includes two tandemly repeated pentameric aptameric units. Each unit contains five aptamers which form stem loop structures, followed by a stable tetra loop, followed by a hammer head ribozyme. The ribozyme cleaves the polyA sequence transcribed from the vector.
