Description

Genomic nanos fragment in which the nanos 3'UTR has been replaced with the αTub84B 3'UTR. The coding sequence contains a R351Q amino acid substitution (the numbering is as given for the genomic sequence of nanos in FBrf0053387, with one correction: an extra three bases (AGA) have been found between bases 1410 and 1411, replacing His 201 with Gln and Ile). A Tag:HA epitope has been inserted at the 5' end of the nanos coding region.
