Construct: Insertion of 1.3kb fragment containing Avic\GFPE.3xP3 in the SalI site at position 349 of the M{Mos1} element. The Avic\GFPE.3xP3 marker gene is transcribed in the opposite orientation to the Dmau\mariner\T open reading frame.
