Description

PBac{GAL4D,UAS-EYFP} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a GAL4(II-9) driver. The enhancer trap sequence is at the 3' end of the construct and consists of the minimal P\T promoter and first intron fused upstream of the GAL4(II-9) driver coding sequence, followed by fs(1)K10 3' UTR sequence.
