Description

Construct: Contains the Dleb\Adh gene including 2358bp of 5' flanking sequence (relative to the distal transcription start site). This 5' flanking sequence includes the 3' end of a minisatellite sequence composed of a tandemly repeated dodecanucleotide sequence which is found upstream of Dleb\Adh. 69 repeats are present in this construct.
