Description

The PBac{PBss} element contains a gene trap cassette that consists of a consensus splice acceptor site, a promoterless EGFP coding sequence tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA (an ATG initiation codon is present in the first translated frame) and an α-tubulin 3' untranslated region for transcription termination.
